Infosys has forged a strategic alliance with Anthropic to integrate Claude's AI models into its Topaz platform, targeting enterprise-grade automation solutions. The collaboration focuses on developing agentic AI systems capable of independently managing complex business processes across regulated industries.

Anthropic's recent $30 billion Series G funding round, valuing the company at $380 billion, fuels its global expansion into India. A new Bengaluru office and dedicated Center of Excellence for telecommunications signal Anthropic's commitment to capturing India's developer talent and addressing growing demand for autonomous AI solutions.

The partnership will deploy AI agents for intelligent automation in network operations and financial services. These systems promise to enhance fraud detection capabilities while automating compliance reporting—critical functions in heavily regulated sectors where speed and accuracy determine competitive advantage.
